Talk to the right desk
AIPulse is a small team, so there is no ticket queue and no contact form that disappears into one. Pick the desk closest to your question and the mail goes straight to the person who handles it. Several of the most common requests are self-serve and do not need an email at all.
Sponsorships & advertising
Sidebar placements, newsletter sponsorships and custom packages. Rates, inventory and audience figures are published, so check those first — the fastest path to a booked slot is the availability calendar on the advertise page.
Typical reply: Within one business day
AI job board
Questions about a listing you have posted, an invoice or refund, or an expiring role. Posting a job does not need an email at all — the form takes payment and publishes the listing directly, and every listing comes with a private management link.
Typical reply: Within one business day
Suggest a source
A lab blog, journal, registry or newsroom we are not polling yet. Send the feed or index URL and roughly how often it publishes. Check the registry first — we already track more sources than most people expect.
Typical reply: Reviewed weekly
Corrections & takedowns
A mis-attributed item, a broken or wrong link, a duplicate that slipped past deduplication, or a request to stop indexing a source you own. Include the item URL and what is wrong with it and we will correct or remove it.
Typical reply: Within two business days
Privacy & data requests
Access, export or deletion of the personal data we hold — which for most readers is nothing more than a newsletter subscription. Unsubscribing and editing your cadence do not need an email: every issue carries one-click links for both.
Typical reply: Within 30 days, as required
Press & everything else
Interviews, data or methodology questions about how the index is built, partnership ideas, or anything that does not fit a box above. Mention a deadline if you are working to one.
Typical reply: Within two business days
Faster than emailing us
These four run without a human in the loop and take effect immediately.
- Subscribe or change your digest cadence — daily or weekly, editable any time from the link in every issue footer.
- Post and manage a job listing — the confirmation email carries a private link to edit, close or renew the role.
- Check sponsorship availability — the calendar shows which weeks are already sold before you write to us.
- Check whether we already track a source — the registry lists every source with its live status and item count.
A note on unsolicited pitches: we do not accept guest posts, paid links or “sponsored articles” dressed as editorial. Sponsorship is sold through the advertise page and is always labelled on the page.
