Terms of service

AIPulse is an index. It polls public sources — preprint servers, lab blogs, model registries, newsrooms — and republishes only a headline, a short excerpt and a link back to the original. It is a signpost to other people’s work, not a substitute for reading it.

Reading the site is free and requires no account. Nothing here is confidential and nothing here is advice: the index is a starting point for research, not a source of investment, legal, employment or technical advice, and you should verify anything that matters against the original publication before acting on it.

We may add, change or remove any part of the service — sources, sorting, sections — at any time. Paid placements already bought are honoured through their term, as described below.

Every indexed item belongs to whoever published it. Titles, excerpts, author names and logos remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here is an attributed citation pointing at the source, not a claim of ownership and not an endorsement by them of us.

We do not vouch for the accuracy of indexed material. A paper listed here is not a paper we have reviewed; a claim in an indexed headline is the publisher’s claim, not ours. Nor do we control the destination sites — following an outbound link takes you under someone else’s terms and privacy policy.

If you own a source and want out, write to hello@aipulse.network with the URL. We will stop indexing it, and we will correct or remove a mis-attributed or wrong entry on the same basis. We do not require a formal notice to do the obviously right thing.

The AIPulse name, design, editorial copy, the structure of the index and the software behind it are ours. You may link to us freely and quote us with attribution; you may not scrape the site wholesale, resell the index, or present it as your own product.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers, or circumvent any rate limit. Our public API is there for reasonable programmatic access; use it rather than hammering pages.
• Attempt to gain access to administrative areas, other people’s job-management links, subscriber records or any part of the system not meant for you.
• Submit false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content through any form on the site — job listings and applications included.
• Use contact details harvested from listings to send unsolicited marketing, or use the application form for anything other than a genuine application.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent your identity.

We may remove content and suspend access for breach of this section, without refund where the breach caused the removal.

Posting a role is a paid, self-serve transaction: you complete the form, pay, and the listing publishes for the term shown on the plan you chose. The confirmation email carries a private management link that lets you edit, close or renew it — treat that link as a credential, because anyone holding it can manage the listing.

By posting, you confirm that:

• The role is real, currently open, and you are authorised to advertise it for the company named.
• The listing is lawful in the jurisdictions it targets and does not discriminate on any protected characteristic.
• Any salary range you publish is the range you would actually pay, and any logo or mark you upload is one you are allowed to use.
• You will handle applicant data you receive through us lawfully, use it only to assess the application, and honour applicants’ data rights.

We review listings and may reject or remove one that is deceptive, discriminatory, an unpaid role advertised as paid, a lead-generation exercise rather than a real vacancy, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

We are not the employer and we are not a recruiter. We do not screen candidates, verify employers beyond the checks described here, guarantee any number of applicants, or take part in the hiring decision. Everything that follows an application is between you and the company.

Sponsorship inventory is sold for a defined slot and term at the rates published on the advertise page. Placement runs for the term booked; if we fail to run a booked placement, your remedy is a make-good in the next available slot or a pro-rata refund of the unrun portion, at your choice.

Every paid placement is labelled as such on the page. We do not sell coverage: no payment buys an item’s position in the feed, its ranking, or favourable treatment, and no sponsor sees who clicked — only aggregate impression and click counts.

Sponsors are responsible for their creative and for the claims in it, warrant that they hold the rights to the assets supplied, and agree that the destination page must be lawful. We may decline or pull a placement that is misleading, unlawful, incompatible with the publication, or aimed at an audience we do not serve, refunding the unrun portion.

The free digest is exactly that — free, opt-in, double-confirmed, and unsubscribable in one click from the footer of every issue.

The Pro tier is a recurring subscription billed through our payment processor at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your receipt — no email to us required, and we will not put a retention flow in your way. We do not offer partial refunds for an unused portion of a period already started, except where the law where you live requires one.

If we change the Pro price, existing subscribers are told before the change applies to them and can cancel before it does.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout and never reach our servers. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and are exclusive of any tax we are required to add, which is shown before you confirm.

Job listings and sponsorships are one-off purchases and, once the listing or placement is live, are non-refundable except where we have failed to deliver what you bought, or where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to you. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, write to jobs@aipulse.network for the job board or sponsors@aipulse.network for sponsorships — we would far rather fix it than argue about it.

Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in the listing being pulled and future postings declined.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, that every source will be reachable, that the index is complete, or that any particular item is accurate — an aggregator depends on hundreds of systems it does not control, and some of them will be down.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for anything arising out of your reliance on indexed third-party content or your dealings with an employer, applicant or sponsor you found through us.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

If you post a job or buy a sponsorship, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you supplied or from your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and a material change is announced in the newsletter before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Terms in force at the time of a purchase govern that purchase.

You may stop using AIPulse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; the sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity survive termination.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject, and you may not assign them without our consent.
